This architectural project aimed to expand an apartment consisting of two levels with use of the attic in a high state of structural degradation and without conditions of habitability.

The housing space consists of three levels and direct access to public streets and has on the ground floor the social area consisting of kitchen and living and dining area. On the upper floors is located the private area with two bedrooms and sanitary facilities.

The continuity of existing materials, with the recovery of wooden floors and replacement of the hydraulic mosaic and the use of structural wooden elements to mark the circulation route between floors using transparencies between spaces were key elements for the attribution of a strong identity and unique to the project.
